1- The estimated delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. All orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.

All packages are sent using USPS with tracking number. We are NOT responsible for lost mail due to an incorrectly entered address or for packages marked as "delivered" but are never received. If you have any concerns about mail theft, always add insurance or upgrade the shipping method to Signature Confirmation to your order.
We will not offer a refund if the parcel was returned for the following reasons.
* The address provided by you was not correct
* The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered
We will offer to have the package reshipped once the parcel has been sent back to us. In that case, we will need to confirm your shipping address and the shipping & handling cost will be at your expense.
Tarnish is a thin layer of corrosion or discoloration created when the silver reacts with sulphur compounds found in air, moisture, chemicals, and other elements. Tarnished silver may appear to have a dark gray or black coating and lose its shine.
Items that tarnish during wear are not considered damaged or defective.
Eveandk does not guarantee that its gold plated jewelry will last forever. ANY Gold plated pieces are, by default, more fragile and liable to lose their color over time. The speed at which the gold plating fades will depend on multiple variables from chemical products (shampoo, body wash, etc) used for skincare, level of perspiration or even your natural skin PH.
It's best to avoid contact with water and sweat when wearing gold-plated jewellery as this can cause them to tarnish or the gold-plated coating to thin. To keep wearing your gold-plated pieces for years to come, remove them when showering, swimming or exercising.
*316L Surgical Steel is medical or surgical stainless steel. The down side is ALL 316L contains low 8%-13% nickel, and some people can have a reaction to it, especially when going through the skin. Though the surgical steel have some nickel, the chromium finish and layer cover the nickel and prevent direct contact with your ears.

We accept cancellations as long as you submit a request BEFORE your items is Pre-shipped, and a full refund will be issued.
Once your items has shipped, we cannot cancel your order and issue a refund while your package is in transit. You will have the option to either refuse the package when its delivered or take the UNOPENED package to your local Post Office. As soon as the package gets back to us in original condition, we will issue a refund, minus the original cost of shipping. Please understand the cost of shipping is not refundable from the carrier. If your order was shipped free of charge, we will deduct $5.50 USD to cover our initial shipping cost, as we still must pay the carrier.

Do not buy this! I ordered a 18g 8mm single hoop and received two hoops that I think were 20g 8mm. I reached out to the seller and he made me send proof (that’s fine) but he wanted them shipped back to him, while I did offer to send them back out of courtesy I did not think he would accept because that’s weird! I shipped them back the very next day and expected him to send me my correct hoop quickly but he waited until the wrong hoops got back to him before he shipped my correct hoop. Finally I received the correct hoop but again there were two in the package but at least this time they are the correct size so I no longer have to deal with the seller. I understand that we aren’t perfect and we make mistakes but the situation should have been handled VERY differently by the seller.
